Bates Motel will have to go I'm afraid, the site is too tight (like Batesy ) to keep that as well. Also you can't have all them unsanctioned murders being commited in there. They will just get in the way of the officially sanctioned ones!!

One needs to be careful what one sniffs from now on. I'm not sure whether Novichok is white in colour and could be taken instead of Columbia's finest marching powder.

Hounslows, how you keeping fella? I hope all is good with you. We must have another beer sometime soon.

Howdy hf, it certainly is, keep the funnies coming, after every one I always seem to go back to the Dave Allen one - it makes me laugh every time without fail.

We'll have to have another get together again with 69 before the season finishes for a few s

Personally I'm not keen on the design, but I suspect it's more limited what you can do with a conversion compared to building from scratch. No doubt it will be the nuts on the inside when it's complete, all these modern stadiums are. 4 years at Wembley is a big ask, one year has felt like purgatory but again, if you want to keep up with the pack you've got to suffer a bit of short term pain for long term gain. Took us years to get to where we are now with ours, from negotiating with the council to Levy having to torch Archway Steel. The end result will be worth it and I'm sure it will be for Chelsea too. Think for Chelsea it's really important to have some stability on the pitch during this transition, rather than the recent boom & bust cycle. Thankfully we found the right bloke in Poch in the nick of time to shepherd us through.

We are building from scratch, the current ground will be completely demolished, the pitch will be lowered intact most of our 1st tier will be below current pitch level. The ground may not look all that large from the outside but inside will be a different story.

The TARDIS stadium ?

A lot of stadiums like that if you have ever travelled abroad. Nou Camp is classic example.

Is Three Point Lane being rebuilt all above ground?
