2nd, Fa cup win and Jose stays

Or....

2nd, no cup and Jose goes.....

What would you choose?

If we go there and play to attack, I am sure we will win. Play Pogba and the mighty Matic in the middle again, and Dembele is going to school them

The only good thing about getting Spurs is they are the ultimate semi-final bottlers and we can get real revenge in the game that matters more at Wembley.

Ooooooh you’ve got spurs in the semis.

That’s the toughest tie you could have got.

1) we’ve played good at times and bad at times

2) We beat Chelsea and spurs. Away from home it wasn’t great but shiiiit happens.

3) it wasn’t great against Sevilla but hopefully Jose learns from it

4) we really weren’t negative against Huddersfield or Newcastle. We missed two huge chances against Newcastle. On another day we win that game.

We are second place and are on track to finish with a points total that would have won the league in 7 of SAFs 11 title wins. It’s not been a golden season but I’ve seen far worse and hopefully with continued improvement of the squad it gets better next year.
-----------------------
This reads like a lot of PR spin mate.

1) why have you played bad at times? What's the reason for this inconsistency?
2) why does shiiiiit happen? Why can't a team attempt to try to exert some control over outcomes?
3) hopefully Jose learns from it? What's to say hopefully Moyes couldn't learn from it too?
4) why don't these 'on another days' happen more often? Why are Utd being affected by bad luck disproportionately?
5) Chelsea won the title with 93 pts last year. City are on course to win it with 95+ this year. Using titles won in a different era as some sort of barometer is highly misleading. The disparity between the top 6 and the chasing pack (players/manager-wise) ever since the latest TV deal came into force has never been so great. So what if Utd won the title with 79 points in 99? It's not going to happen again in the foreseeable future. Get with the times.

Most of your arguments come across as empty filler/wishful thinking.

FWIW, I don't think Mourinho is doing a bad job. He's going about it like he usually does at any club, sort out the defence first, then buy a good physical CF and get his team playing robust, counter-attacking football. Only problem is at Utd he's started out with a team that needs more renovating than his previous ones. Which is exposing Jose's major limitation, which is that he generally can't achieve optimum results until he's shipped in ready-made, experienced players who have the sort of personality profile he's looking for. Meaning he has to write off a lot of good talent in the process because he's simply too inflexible to work with them or to develop them.

What do you reckon Jose’s problem with Shaw stems from? I think it might be because he rejected Chelsea back in 2015. Someone as egotistical as Mourinho wouldn’t let that go.

Shaw is crap. That's the reason

Us having the best big game record out of all the sides bar City.

And besides, when are cup semi finals ever that exciting. Spurs are big game bottlers. That’s not to say we’ll 100% win. But we should be confident

It’s a cup semi final. Getting through is the most important thing. I don’t know many times we ever set up excitingly in these games under other managers. The result is key in the cup

Negative is a subjective term. If we go there and win the game I won’t feel negative at all.

If we set up defensively and give them the ball but counter well and score a couple of goals and win, will that be negative? Or a good game plan that will be the best way to go and beat Spurs.

Big ‘IF’ there..., neither are likely or guaranteed...

----------------------------------------------------------------------

2nd place for us is more likely than Liverpool or Spurs

And we are favourites for the FA Cup my good man
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Man U are not favourites, but even if they were it would be moot given current performance, the lack of team motivation and the incoherent rants and bullying from your narcissistic sociopath of a manager.

The FA cup final will be Tottenham v Chelsea.

Old bean.
