''its been a smooth transition''

f*** knows what rough is like in his world

The guy isn't of this planet is he

Admire his positivity I really do. Dad said when we watched him on his debut v Millwall that he didn't rate him, I thought he looked half decent, good tackler and calm on the ball. He's just dreadful off the ball

im interested to see him next year with a training camp and better players. i think we cant give up on players too easily.

Apart from that game where he was shocking, he was absolutely fine.

I don’t mind de bock at all.

But I just get the feeling it ain’t going to end well for him at Leeds

He's only had one really poor game and he's looked ok the rest, but when the whole team is struggling he isn't going to play well

I've got hope for him because sometimes he seems like a proper left back. It has been exaggerated how bad he's been, only because his worst game was on TV and so it was a lot of people's first viewing on him.

He seems rattled with the physicality - challenging for headers with Cooper against Derby, dwelling on the ball against Reading. Once he gets used to the pace, could be a good player.

I think de bock will come good. Think he's bore the brunt of a team in terrible form and lacking leaders

Agreed, he hasn't looked bad, except for the one shocker game.

Give him time to get acclimated to the second division of English football and we may have a player!

Spending £1.5m on a full back in this division with experience of a good top flight team and European football would for me arbour hopes of immediate good performances. Unfortunately he has been average to really poor

Praying that he has been carrying a knock or not match fit and has a future because of what I have seen so far he is garbage. Surely there has to be a better performance in him.

Kebab, he has shown flashes of a good player.

More than I can say for others who have been around for a couple of seasons or more.

He's injured and how can people make their minds up after just four games. Ronnie has been poor all season and nobody has given up on him.
New more intense league, playing in a side that no defender is covering themselves with glory, played very little since 2016. Give him time.

" Ronnie has been poor all season and nobody has given up on him."

Because we have seen what he has to offer and he is still a youngster.

Not the point JLA, people have given up on De Bock without really giving him time to settle. If he's cr@p this time next year I will be as miffed as anyone but I refuse to give up on a player without giving him chance to prove himself, hell I am still hoping Sacko will be a good acquisition.

Ronnie could well just have been a flash in the pan, remember Romario was supposed to be the talented one.

Question asked, answer given.

Your'e entitled to your own opinion, even if its wrong.

Seems like we agree on De Bock.

Sacko, I guess could turn out well, but how many more seasons do you want to wait on that?

its the fact that when he arrived he addressed 'my lack and loss of focus at times'

as his major self criticism.

he has already shown on multiple occasions this to be a problem, yet evidently doesnt seem to be able to address it.

Very Good players rarely need time to settle in. If we signed messi would we expect to wait half a year whilst he got used to the game? £1.5 for a fullback in this league is a lot of money.

If we signed Messi for 1.5 million then I'd be more than happy to have him play subpar for 6 months

Keep saying jury is out on both him and Forshaw as they joined the squad at it's lowest ebb for quite a while.

That's a hell of a lot to contend with.

Get a good pre season in then take it from there.

£1.5m is not a lot of money in this league anymore
