They were just the scapegoat for the English.

This happens at every major event England is involved in.

The South Africans were criminal who were going to steal from you in the street. Qatar is against homosexuals. Ukraine and Poland was full of racists and the hooligans would ruin it. Brazil wasn't going to be ready, the stadiums were falling down and unsafe. They always find something to turn into a scandal.

8 - It's an awful thing to say but can't see this world cup finishing without any terrorism related incidents given the policing infrastructure in Russia. And also current state of affairs Russia have with the major intelligence agencies such as MI6, CIA and mossad it's hard for them to prevent.

I would like to be wrong 100% 💯 on this occasion.

I would say you'd be much safer in Russia, in terms of terrorism threats than say the US or UK.

I'm sure the evidence would back that up.

I am not sure about the entire Russia, maybe you are right in some major cities.

If we're talking terrorism, a global event will be targeted regardless of whichever country you're in.
