5 stars Hydy... I cannot see a win even with my positivity...

posted on 30/3/18

5 Easter eggs Hydy. I’m travelling to this one in the hope of coming home with at least a point. 3 and I would be eggstatic 😂

We all agree we’ve lacked consistency but that needs to change and we need to become consistently good and play like we can for these last few games. We also need to attack from the off, pressure and get in their faces. With a bit of luck Shelvey will get sent off 🤞I know this probably won’t benefit us on the day as we always struggle against 10 men but it would have an impact on Newcastle for their remaining games.

Like you Hydy i’ve been very quiet recently and for two reasons:
I’m rushed off my feet at work and I am absolutely shattered.
Sometimes the board gets a bit crude for me and so I stay away rather than spoiling others fun. I’m not saying this to censor what others want to say or to make them feel guilty, just explaining why i’ve been quiet.

I’m going for my usual 2-1 to us with Schindler and Mounie the scorers. It could happen, you never know 😂

for the first egg pun for you Utg. Take your binoculars and walking boots with you tomorrow

Just to add to the above, I’m not expecting anyone to change or become ultra polite to please me, that is not the way I think. I believe everyone has the right to say what they want and that has to continue otherwise censorship creeps in. Hope this makes sense? This is my final word on the subject so carry on commenting 😂

The away stand is the worst part of the day for me. I hope I’m not too far back as I hate heights 😱

Forgot about champers, soz 🙏 you hardly participate much these days, so I have a good excuse. 👍

Five deep fried battered from me!

Happy Easter everyone!

Wagner says he's feeling energetic, hopefully his brain cells are too! Time to show what you're made of David. Keep losing with no impetus and it's bye, bye. Have a winning run and Southampton will be banging on Hoyle's door for sure.

Talking of gumption, hopefully the lads have some idea how to play football again. The games played from Christmas to present, (like what I did there?) have been of a very poor standard. The players need to step up too, if they think Wagner's tactics are sheite, then they must be proactive themselves.

Newcastle aren't that good, they're at home, but so what! Get at 'em from the start and keep the pressure on. If Wagner sets them up defensively, then I most certainly will be on here cursing him.

As a footnote, the first international friendly against Norway, Mooy dropped a ball from a corner right on to one of the Socceroo's head, why can't he do that for Town?

Come on lads, it's time to BELIEVE!

Good Morning crew

& Happy Easter to you too Hydy
One & all,

Five toasted & buttered Hot cross buns.
I'll be 'eggin' TOWN on for 3 points & A Happy Easter Sunday

Last season to this so far,
Benitez v Wagner.
1-2 in wins. I know it was a completely different team last season, But we won up there, Lets go at 'em & try to replicate the result. (How good would that be )

And over our shoulder !
The Hammers host the Saints,
I'm hoping for a Southampton victory ! The method in the madness ?
Can you imagine the angst at West Ham with another humiliating home defeat & the club dropping into the bottom three !
The Hammers game in hand over Town would be rendered a 'must win game' there after, I can't see the club recovering morale after what's already happening down there.
Making it likely a WBA, Stoke, West Ham trio for the drop ??

So this blind fella rocks up at the Timber Yard.
They'd advertised for a 'Identifier & sorter' to keep the yard tidy & uniformed.
The blind fella reckoned he could tell the type of timber through smell, claiming 100% accuracy !
The yard foreman tested him, They were all impressed, He was correct with his analysis every single time !
The young secretary from the office thought she'd catch him out ....
She stripped off & lay naked on top of some planking with her legs splayed, (or should it be )
He sniffed. And with a baffled look asked if they would turn the 'plank' over as he wasn't sure !

Another sniff,
His face lit up with a smile
"You can't fool me,
It's an Old sheet house door from a trawler"....

I think it's nice when employers give people with disabilities a fair go .
