Adam clearly can make more happen than Modric in terms of goals and assists, as he proved at Blackpool, but Modric is a very good controller on the pitch to be fair.
He isn't World Class as Spurs fans suggest, but is very good. I'd like to say Adam will do the same for Liverpool as he did for Blackpool, but it is too early to say.
Forget the World class sounding names, what matters is what they do on the pitch.
One thing is for sure though is that opposing teams will fear Adams crosses and set plays a lot more than Modric, who doesn't have that to his game, so I'm happy to have Adam. Alongside a player like Gerrard he will only improve, where as Modric wants to leave to a bigger club, where he would be around higher calibre of players.

Modric might of wanted to leave but now he's getting on with it and is on a long term contract with us. He put in a great performance last week against Wolves and i fully expect him to get back to his best. Assist and goals ratio mean nothing.......... Charlie adam has a better assist and goals ratio than Xavi last season........i suppose he's better than him then You liverpool fans do make me laugh and i can't wait to smack you guys back down to earth tommorow
