Aye. Perversely I'd rather go to Madrid looking for a win rather than defending a slender lead. Madrid know they need to keep a clean sheet so i think they'll sit back and trust their record.
Either way Kosc needs to be binned. Useless bottling caant.
Tie should have been over at ht, we missed so many chances. Athletico should have been looking at there heaviest defeat in Europe, instead they somehow leave the game with a great chance of going through to the final. We’ve blown it.

Still have hope for this tie.
It’s such a massive symptom of wengers arsenal since about 2006, we routinely let teams off the hook.
It’ll be a big challenge for us. Madrid can just do what they’re best at now, can keep it tight, press us and hit on the break. Hopefully we can get an early goal and cause their defence to losen a bit for rest of the game. Our attackers have to be on form, because our defence will definitely concede
I’m more confident than I was before kick off.
Unbelievably though we’ve turned what should have been a routine victory into a massive uphill task

Arshenal where bhetter thhan Athletico.
TBH a lot of us would have taken 1-1 tonight before kick off. Just the circumstances have made it so fecking gutting. Also considering we couldn’t have asked for a better chance to get a solid win over Madrid, but we just fecked it. I was saying during as the game was unfolding, this was our golden chance to get ourselves into the final. So annoying aubameyang couldn’t play as well.
It’s not over. We should have Mhkitaryan back, hope that little bit of extra quality can see us take a few more chances

We knew before we probably have to score over there. So we need another Milan away performance again.

A 0-0 yes. Shiiiiit away goal rule.
Not been this gutted since the calling cup final of 2011, so at least I'm recovering a bit of passion for the club.
Of course we can do it. People are saying atletico defended well, did they fack. We were opening them up even before the red. That gives me a bit of hope.
I refuse to believe that it’s gonna all end just like this.

Nah, back in Madrid it's gonna be a lot more brutal.
Playing against 10 men is often more difficult because they change tactics and have more men behind the ball. Atlético played with 8 men behind the ball after the send off

Nah. I stated it yesterday. To win these ties you have make sure you don't concede at home and then nick an away goal. Its not very complicated but well beyond Wenger.

Dunno how we turned that into such a $hit result, completely dominant and they were more interested in keeping it at 1-0. Sums up Arsenal in Europe.
