Willian only plays well for a month or two and the rest of the time is average to poor. I see no why this will change.

Having said that willian is a very good player and robb is right that he will work in a jose system well.

Well it's a great deal for Chelsea. So you would.

Let's put it this way, Jose has failed to develop a few attacking youngsters (with Salah and KDB being notable ones). And under him we now have two promising attacking youngsters at United, who were first 11 befor he arrived, go backward under him.

He's not good at developing young attacking players. That's why he tends to sign established or experienced players in these positions. Sadly for us, they haven't worked out too well.
