Look - it's Radz first full season. His first club.
He has made mistakes and might continue to do so - but as a successful business man I expect he will learn and probably not make the same mistake twice.
I think his main one was targeting the top 6 or we have failed. It's easy to say you want to end up higher than the previous season but it's not easy to actually do.
Was Orta a mistake? Many seem to think so.
Was Kinnear a mistake?
Radz seems to think these two can move us forward and everyone at the club appears to think Hecky can too.
PR?
The badge - a total balls up but he did listen to the fans at least.
Myanmar - I'm on the fence on this one. I think he knew it would cause controversy but he must think its a risk worth taking.
I'll not get into the politics of it all apart from the fact that China has been and still is far worse than Myanmar yet we would have no problem going there or accepting their money.
It's now time to consolidate - work out who stays, who goes out on loan and who we ditch. Then it's about getting some quality into about four or five positions.
If we assume we are not going to expect the kids to carry us through the season then I'd be looking at:
A 'keeper
A Centre Back
A Left Back
A partner for Forshaw
A quality Stricker.
If that happens then we might have a chance.
Still not sure he will ditch Hecky though and I'm on the fence on this one as well. I want stability but I'm just not convinced he's the right man for LUFC.
I think a lot of the stick Radz gets is because we're all so used to pointing the finger at the chairman, its almost like we've forgotten how to do anything else.

I'm thinking the manacoach has more to do with Bill and Ben than AR, ie they're telling him who will save what and its much needed money elsewhere!..
We need someone that can rip these players a new one and if they cant handle it show them the outdoor!..
Some of these players can do it, its the players that are needed to help them do it that are missing!..
A few quality players with a quality manager should do the trick, if AR is learning,(which he should be!)than he'll know what needs correcting, I think there's still a lot of mistakes to be made, but hopefully he'll know which need acting on now and sort the rest out when he makes them!..
The only thing the fans care about is the football and we just finished 13th....which for this club is a huge failure.
We are miles off squad wise and loads of money piling into the championship.
Last season was our best under Monk, the league was weakest it's being for years and we bottled it, then severely weakened our squad for this year and got the one of the worst managers we've ever had in PH.
Two things and only two thing that need to be done - spend and get the right manager.
Going to be tough to sort this deadwood team out.

agree for the most part, but when you say 'every time' you mean for one season? - me personally if I was him I'd like the opportunity to put things right before people scrutinize every move I make.
Match day ticket prices, the extra £5 on the day charge. East upper £40 is a disgrace.

I think he is accountable for all his decisions. I don’t see him blaming anyone else for his mistakes.
