Just noticed all the thing's he did inbetween the goals.

But did he really nearly miss a peno but could be it for some Rams fans, see ya.

Such a crisp striker of the ball. Even the penalties where the keeper guessed the right way, they were hit so well they couldn't be saved. Talking of penalties, how nice is it to finally have a reliable taker?

Like Dwight Gayle seems to be very much a Championship player.

Scores loads at that level but in his PL chances has never done anything.

He wasn't scoring goals at all for the previous two seasons and it looked like a gamble which hadn't paid off last season. This season he has scored 3 times more goals than he did in the previous two seasons combined.Having Kevin Phillips as a coach probably helped. He needs to operate in the right area of the pitch where he can find space to surge forward using his pace. He can score with both feet and his head so I don't see why he can't score at a higher level. Some far worse players than him have been effective in the Premier League.

If he is so good why does he sit on the bench? If Olsson hadn't got injured we wouldn't have seen him till about 75 minutes.

Messi, Ronaldo, Kane, Kevin Hector, Charlie George etc didn't sit on the bench. My only surprise on Sunday was when Vydra came on, thank God, instead of Pearce.

Still we are in the playoffs and I expect to beat soft Fulham, fancy blowing autos by loosing at Brum.

Could there be a fitness issue with Vydra. I think it was against Leeds where Vydra appeared to get a groin strain. He hasn't been prolific since then so I am wondering if Rowett doesn't want to risk him for 90 minutes at the moment.

I'd just say playing him in his best position helped him to score more goals, nowt else.

I’d cash in on him in the summer. His value must be at a peak

Is that if we stay in the Champ or if we go up as well Griff?

Who is going to do his job in either event if he's sold?

If we stay down he will have to be sold

We don't really have much form in that department of late though do we?

............. unless someone with a white stick comes-in for Butters at £20M.

I think we should cash in on Vydra. He’s been great and I defended him when many were saying what a waste of money he was but I struggle to think he will repeat it season after season.

In the current climate, vydra has got to be worth at least 15million, maybe a bit more. Be very sad to see him leave, but hopefully he can fire us to the premier league and then it won't be an issue.
