Yeah I read about this yesterday. Don’t get. Me wrong as a player his brilliant,id love to see him at spurs but this is total nonsense.

It’s the equivalent of Harry Kane’s boots being in the back of a 20 note.

It’s not as if Salah was found in a pyramid and bought back to life.

Edward- i think he has done brilliantly since his return to the EPL but this does seem a bit too far.Maybe a statue outside his home Egyptian team would of sufficed but to go along pharaohs is a bit of a joke

Well not really. Salah is the best player to come out of Egypt ever. He's seen as the biggest sports icon in the whole country, probably the biggest they've ever had.

It’s an Adidas publicity stunt, the boots will only be on display until after the CL Final has been played

What because of 1 season? sorry, but this Mo Salah hype was nowhere until he had this standout season. Don't get me wrong, I think he's brilliant but the Egyptians weren't "idolising" him before like they are now.

No. loler rofl sorry, after his career thus far, which is at it's peak currently with him banging in over forty goals, winning player of the season and about to appear in the Champions League final, the pinnacle of club football. Egyptian's don't really get to see that.

A one season wonder`s football boots being displayed alongside some of the most iconic historical artefacts on the planet. Shows how tacky the world has become.

TOOR, Mo Salah has been superb I'm not denying that. He's been Messi like, but fact of the matter is he has had 1 standout season so far in his career. None of this Mo Salah hype was around when he was playing for Roma. Egyptians are suddenly flocking out in full force because he's had the standout season.

Salah literally came third in the Egyptian elections and saved millions of lives though his face being in an advert but it's cool... some Spurs fans on an anonymous sports forum think he's not supposed to be placed with past pharaohs.

it's going to be so awkward when he turns up for the CL final and realises he hasn't got any boots to wear because they're in a glass box at some bloody museum.

Basically just as good as winning!!!

Imagine if he'd have come fourth though.....hugely embarrassing, a pathetic display.
