Who needs that debating...it was fackin woeful
How much can Pakistan score from here? wouldn't be surprised if they collapsed and ended up being 150 all out or they could get some good partnerships and score over 300.

You should be on the sky debate with that insight
They won't get near 300. 226 is more like it. if they're lucky.
Reckon they will get around 250.
Pakistan will make 350 plus and Asad Shafiq will score a sublime 150 plus score with Haris Sohail and Sarfraz also scoring half centuries in 1st innings in reply to England's first innings total of 184.

I hope so, would be lovely.
grey skies, looks like it will be a difficult 1st hour to negotiate, if we get to lunch with no more than 3 down we will have done well
Grey skies but still warm and it's not a new ball. Just need to see of Broad and Anderson.

I'd like to think England will make a better fist of things in their second innings. Weather also looks pretty good tomorrow especially for the afternoon and evening sessions which is when England should be batting again.
Need Jimmy and Broad to nip a couple out early to give us some momentum.
Already looking ominous. Barely threatened this morning and both batsmen look comfortable.
Wood and his smirky grin. Hes averaging nearly 45 with the ball and he wont play many times again. and yet hes "comfortable"
that will lower his average a little.
Pakistan reach 100 at only 2 down. Worth remembering that England were only 3 down when they reached 100 before losing Bairstow once they reached that landmark. Azhar may well hold the key in triggering the collapse as Cook did for England. He's looked very good.
We have a long batting lineup this time. Hasan can bat and Amir can hold an end. It's only Abbas who is a dud.
When Pakistan get a lead and a decent one that will be it. England DO NOT care about aptitude when batting.
England basically don't care at all. the facts they have not improved in the last few years. shows no willingness to get better..
I personally want rid of Baliss and his second in command.. boring pointless individuals with no fight what so ever
No doubt when India come the groundsmen will prepares slow dry pitches
I know its only May. But we need pace in pitches against Sub continent teams.
But NO. slow pitches to help out batting. which we can not bat anyway..
England win to loss ratio in the last 4 years is a complete and utter disgrace

No doubt we have gone backwards over the last couple of years. Bayliss was brought in to improve our one day fortunes which he has done. As Agnew pointed out (and others on here have done as well), why not keep him on to focus solely on building a team that can win the world cup next year and bring in someone else to sort us out in tests?
In regards to preparing pitches in our favour, the wicket seems to be playing quickly and the ball is moving around, ideal for us really. Pakistan as a unit have just bowled and batted better than us.
happy with that, decent session, another one like that and even a lead of 70-80 will start to look daunting
Pakistan have waltzed up to England's target still only 3 down. Safraz in next once the next wicket falls means that lead could grow very quickly.
