Not difficult to win the treble consecutively in the french league is it with the players and unlimited funds they got.

Something interesting regarding squad changes I've just come across. Emery has hinted they'll be changes. He says not big, but they'll be tweaks. When asked about Wilshere he said he doesn't want to speak individually. However reports suggest that Wilshere will sign on. Not that he has many great options mind...

Easy to win back to back to back Europa Leagues as well...

How many big heavy defeats did Man U have under Fergie? I remember the 6-1 at home to Man City, ultimately that big hammering would be massive with goal difference in the end also 6-3 defeats to Southampton in 1996/1997, 5-0 defeat to Newcastle in 1996/1997, also 5-0 defeat to Chelsea in 1999/2000. So just goes to show that these hammerings happen to the best of managers!

Yeah it’s pretty stupid to judge him on that one game. Winning 3 Europa Leagues in a row is a unique achievement, one game pales in comparison to that.

I don’t think he picked up on that one bless him.

Good that his English is pretty good. Shouldn’t be too much of a problem, when poch first came to Southampton he couldn’t speak much English, he had to use an interpreter for his first season. Didn’t stop him doing well there. Also England gave the captaincy to Harry Kane, so not being able to speak English in football can’t be too much of an issue.
