Looking at the goals. You can call the 3rd an error that could happen to any keeper on a bad day.
But wtf is he doing for the 1st. No excuse for that.

Completely agree.
First was park green kickabout level concentration.
The third, as you say, with today's beachballs could happen to any 'keeper, and it's not hard to imagine it being made all the harder by a flash of terror freezing his reactions in the split-second the ball was in front of him.
