If it ended 1-0 after Bales goal you could accept it.

Horrible to watch that..id rather get hammered 5.0 than watch howlers ..

So used to it lately ..

Lovren was superb. He played with heart and cried after the final whistle.

He semi final was a waring. We started well in both games but Roma subs were better than ours and helped them back onto the game. Today it was the same. We had a poor out of form Lallana replacing our match winner Salah.

What can u do when a gk does that....at this level, in a final..ridiculously amateurish, actually worst than that. Its criminal.

Lovren was superb but the trouble is he has made quite a few errors this season. He has probably given himself another chance. The same can’t be said for Karius sadly.

We played well, kept bags of talent quiet all night, a wonder goal and 2 gifts from Karius what can you do? Also losing our best player didnt help. Milner looked knackered, our bench was evidently weak tonight, we know we aren't the finished article our squad is small and theres massive problem areas like the GK.

Lovren was solid tonight but hes another one capable of brain farts like Karius and you don't really want as a first teamer if you wna improve.

Feel for you mate. The spurs pool rivalry has been way ott on here. Some idiots on both sides but started by spurs posters imo

I am proud of the lads, although disappointed in Karius im not gna act like i had faith in the first place and therefore surprised, a lot of you know im constantly highlighting our gk coach n gkers issue.

If Klopp doesnt wake up an smell the coffee now he never will, and therefore continue to fall at the final hurdle.

Thst bale goal tho was stunning. Worthy of winning it.

Most players gave a really good account of themselves tonight, probably baring Karius which must be the priority to address this summer.

The first 30 minutes was a real game. Tense, tight and nervy and Liverpool really did match Madrid. But once Salah went off and the psychological dynamic of the game changed, it allowed Real to take control which is where they are at their very best because they've shown many a-time and the last 3 years now that they can manage a European final.

Also, class from Bale. The mistakes aside, that goal is worth winning any final. That quality really is the difference.
