I’m still angry at FSG for faking the moon landings.

That’s pretty impressive to be fair, turning a fairly innocuous story into an owner agenda not to spend money.

The worrying thing is I think he actually believes these conspiracies he comes up with.

I bet FSG find the money for a new keeper.

And stop trying to take away from our campaign to oust the cancer that is John Achterberg, this and this alone should be our one true goal.

Righteous & TOOR have already fallen to his magic mind bending powers.

Well this escalated quickly and the Transfer window hasn’t even opened

Genuine question but do you think Liverpool have been spending the Coutinho money with VVD, Fabinho and potentially Fekir and Alisson or have they upped their ambitions?

Looks like you may need to go support Man City Kash

No such thing as the Coutinho money or the Suarez money etc - just the clubs money.

In the 6 years to 2016/17 that FSG have been in charge there has been a £10m loss (not including the exceptional write offs of debt). They spend more or less within their means and have been increasing the income steadily so we can spend more.

If by ambition you mean do we have sugar daddy owners or those prepared to gamble then the answer to no and probably not. They are providing the manager with funds that the club can afford though.

As a fan of the club and having experienced the club on the brink after Hicks and Gillett; I’m perfectly happy with that approach.

Spot on really.

We spend more than anybody aside of City and United at the moment.

Imagine crying about the lack of transfer business when you've signed two of the highest rated midfielders in Europe

Poor WUM Kash.

It will likely be Mignolet who goes anyhow. He wasn't pleased about losing his place to Karius. Who can blame him, he'd been in good form for a while and suddenly out of nowhere, Karius comes in.

Concussion - my rear end.

Benzema goal was a mistake..a big one but Bale's pee'd me off even more.

It was exactly the same as Kolorov's shot which fortunately hit the bar.

Both straight at Karius, both through his hands.

He has potential - but should not be first choice.

This.

I still don't understand why fans think we're going to bring out a war chest every transfer window. Our spend on players is what we make.

Cannot legislate spending £70m on a keeper.. not even with the current silly prices on transfers.

Zero chance.

Remember when Marco Marcegianni went for £7m back in the day.

If we can't get a keeper for a decent price £20m then rather stick with Karius and hope he wants to banish the final and recover himself.
If he feels he owes it to his team mates and the fans and works to correct it, I'm game for that.

It's only idiots that get blasted on social media by their rival supporting brethren that can't wait to get rid of him like it's going to guarantee a trophy.

Let's see how he recovers from this, whether he has the mental fortitude to do so.
