Why?
Great coach.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's a complete idiot..shouldn't be anywhere near the youths.
As for his great experience ...he's about the same age as Brendan Rodgers and pep....he's got very limited experience.
A shambles of a man ....club doesn't want to pay him off and he can't get another job. Hence this compromise.
Two draws against Brendan the messiah, not bad for a Tesco manger

it is a strange move for him to return especially with Wallace remaining at the club seems like there could be problems behind the scenes.
as for being a great coach he seemed to go from tacticslly adaptable to stuborn after one bad game, I reckon the players criticised him and he said feck you were doing this every week.

I didn’t see much evidence of that when he was in charge of the team.
I think he was pretty bad actually. Bad tactics. Bad man management. Bad press conferences. Just a really bad manager.
The youth team improved without him but he deserves the chance to take his old role back.
Wouldn't expect him to stick around long.
Imagine the youth team with him in charge now, yes the guy took a battering, but with the amount he has learned it will stand the youth players in good stead!!

They're not that daft
I am sure the players would love it having their Tuesdays and Thursdays off
Robbie Neilson seems the standout choice to me for St Mirren.
He has ruled himself out of the running. Patrick Klivert is over having talks. That would be some name coming into the top flight
I'm sure i read McCoist is actually in talks with St Mirren, ex-player too so there could be something in it.
Hope he does and rebuilds his reputation for another crack...naaa

St Johnstone. I'm pretty sure McCoist never played for St Mirren
I was talking about the St Mirren joab not the Rangers one
