The thing with Chelsea is if all goes wrong with the football side of it how much will developers pay to build on it?

vava we've already explained to this bloke how it is, but he's a bit dense. Don't waste your breath trying to explain it to him again, there's more chance of growing hair on a snooker ball.
We blues have had a marvellous ride with Roman, he is Chelsea all the way. No other owner has shown the same passion for the club.
The media can try destabilise all they want, with Roman we will continue to greater achievements. There is a reason that he is talked about more by the media than all the other owners put together, that and the fact that we get so many rants from rival fans directed at him, because he is the numero uno Chelsea fan. And they all wish Roman was their daddy.

So many things can be said about Roman, a lot of the bad things being absolutely true, but he is something completely unique in the current English football climate. He's an owner who genuinely cares about the club.
Fans of other clubs can rave about the bank balance, superb money management, or the bottomless pits of money they have till they're blue in the face. I'll take Roman over any of them because when push comes to shove he sees us as a passion first and a business second. He's a fan who has enough wealth to keep us competitive at the top - that's the owner any fan of any club can only dream about, and we've got it. We're incredibly lucky

The only person deluded around here is you. I will repeat it so that your tiny brain can compute the results. Abramovic has just TURNED DOWN an offer of 2 billion pounds. There are 2 definite conclusions that can be drawn from that fact, firstly that he thinks that the Club is worth more than that to him, or else he would have snatched the bloke's hand off and secondly there are plenty of people out there with more money and brains than you'll ever have, who think that CFC is well worth bidding 2 billion for.
If you're going to pipe up on our board then you'll need to know what you're talking about otherwise you're just going to seriously embarrass yourself yet again.

Exactly. Mr. A has his foibles, but the good he does for us, far outweighs the bad. How many out of the 92 Clubs in the Leagues would give their right boll ock to have an owner like Abramovic at their Club. We are lucky to have someone like him when you look at some of the other owners that are about.
Totally agree Summer. He's always done right by the club and whatever decisions he has made in his tenure has still won us trophies despite it being in a haphazard manner.
