ITV purely to see how long Roy Keane can sit and seeth. Watch it without sound and add your own what’s he thinking thoughts. It’s more interesting than some of the football. The look he gave Bilic when he touches his elbow - I wouldn’t be sleeping if I was Bilic

Loving the username by the way

I can’t remember any time when the ITV football coverage hasn’t been much inferior to the BBC and this World Cup is no different.

Opinions on commentators and pundits can be subjective, but I generally find the ones on ITV more irritating. You can almost hear Glenn Hoddle fiddling with himself every time a Spurs player gets the ball. Roy Keane is also totally annoying and pointless. Personally, I also find Jenas and Neville irritating on the other side.

I couldn’t care less whether or not we have female pundits and only care whether they make useful contributions. On that I’d say that, based on her insights, Aluko is a token. Alex Scott, however, is quite ok - but it probably helps that I fancy her a little bit as well.

BBC = passable (with some notable exceptions)

ITV = cack (with some notable exceptions)

'Whispering Phil' Neville is really getting on my nerves, with his short sentences.

Sounds like a cross between Steve 'Champons League' McLaren and Attenborough

mind you the beeb has Mark Chapman and Ive never forgiven him for shooting John Lennon
