Ruben Vinagre played the 90 minutes for Portugal in their 3-1 U19 win over Norway. Played at LB in a back four.

Excellent! That's the sort of game time he needs and particularly concentrating on his defensive work.

This match reminds of the days of the miners strike back in 1973 when Wolves beat Liverpool in a League Cup Quarter Final at Molineux on a midweek afternoon because floodlit football was banned to save fuel. Thousands took time off work and school to watch that game and I guess a fair few will do the same this Thursday for our first friendly of the summer in the UK

England take on Turkey today in the Euro U19 tournament in Finland. I wonder if Ennis will feature.

Ah, the miners strike. Oh happy days.

Patricio started training with Wolves yesterday and Jimenez today. Hope to see them get part of a game at Bescot

posted on 17/7/18

Let's hope that Jimenez gets a hattrick and Patricio has nothing to do whatsoever.

England U19's beat Turkey 3-2 but Ennis didn't pay at all.

He got in for free?

Read different stories about the Ajax approach to this game and their match against Walsall in the evening. Some say they will play the first team against Wolves then a younger team against Walsall. Other reports saying they will go half half with a mixture of first choice and youth in both games. Either way it’s a key warm up game for Ajax who have a Champions League qualifier against Sturm Graz on Wednesday

Well that's feckin charming!
Have just logged into Wolves TV to watch the match and all I get is a notice saying that I am in an unauthorised country.
Oddly enough, it was an authorised country when they took my feckin money!!!!!

And now, all of a sudden, my country appears to be authorised!
Perfect picture and clear commentary.

Stream not working for even though it says “already bought” clicking like mad and zero happening

Plenty of Ajax possession but only one shot on target so far and that was from Cavaleiro.

Where are all the Wolves fans? Two sides of the stadium are empty and the stand behind the Ajax goal looks pretty sparse too.
