Genuinely unsure. Just keep hearing snippets of ridiculous price tags for him and Dembele. What kinda bids have been rejected and from who? Surely if this interest is serious, the players will move on?

That's not how transfers work nowadays, teams make enquiries, they are then informed if a player is available and at what price, only after haggling and coming to a aggremeent will a official bid usually come in.

Official bids can leave teams with egg on thier face, they usually only happen to unsettle players and get them to engineer a move or if a club is trying to trick their fans into believing they are out trying to sign a top player even if they know its not realistic.
