I think Joe Hart would be a relative success at Chelsea. He's low on confidence but you know with Chelsea the defence will protect their keeper. Build up that confidence and he'll be back to being one of the PL top keepers

Hart is finished at the Top tier.
Now his stint at Torino was average but the fans there loved him. West Ham was worse. He came on loan and was first choice but was dropped and replaced by the guy he came in and replaced. When you're not making it at West Ham, there is a problem.
It could be that his confidence is shot to pieces. Goalkeepers need that more than any other position in football. Unlike other positions, you can't play a GK into form when they're out of it.
