Apart the kids kicking off Cinci. They need a bit of a talking too in my opinion.
You're right Tam . It's no debate, Wolves were poor, Derby were better, we won, you lost. It was a friendly and if we lose, then friendlies are meaningless No debate.
And of course we hope we don't 'bottle it' which seems to be the favoured jibe to deflect from your performance yesterday.
No need to deflect anything. We lost at Shrewsbury this time last year and went on to have an ok season, better even than Derby’s from what I recall.
Enjoy your games against Rotherham and Millwall etc and maybe we can nick the odd point against Man Utd, Liverpool or Arsenal and maybe even get enough over the season to beat Derby’s total of 11 in 2008
You leave our record alone. It was one a hell of an achievement and unlikely ever to be equalled let alone beaten.
But as you got battered by the worst team in premier league history yesterday I would say your preparations for the new season are in disarray.

Sod me you still have the same team
Picked a good time of year for my travels, can't stand the build up to a new season it just stresses me out
Good grief. I go away with the missus for a day or two and come back to read all this bollox.
Gem posted this on both the Wolves board and Derby's, I guess to get opinions from both sets of fans.
It was a game of football, pre season. You don't get points, or promoted, or relegated. We all know these games are intended for new players to settle in and to get up to match day fitness.
Derby won, we lost. No big deal for either sets of fans to act like children.
By the way, not all fans of clubs originate from the towns/city their club is situated. Just for the record.

I don’t know how we performed yesterday as I didn’t watch it. Like I said in my original point on here, I’m not really bothered about the result; just as long as Nuno got out of it what he wanted in terms of players fitness, new players gelling and trying players in different positions.
I certainly wouldn’t be gloating had we won, just as I haven’t placed any emphasis on us winning the pre-season games we did on our tour.
You choose to celebrate and wum opposition fans. Good for you. Glad it meant so much to you. Each to their own I guess.
Actually I posted the match preview thread on the Ram's board out of respect for their fans who I thought were open minded, proper football people who were always good for a bit of banter.
Sadly it seems to have turned into a bit of a slanging match which I find far more disappointing than yesterday's result. Hey ho, we move on to Villareal next week and then on to the main event.

...well done for winning the World Cup sheep heads
You were never in, Hope Forest stuff ya. Amiga out.
There you go Rameses, I have the ultimate power and you are just an annoying so ta ta, off you go
Apologies to Derby fans, I promised to resurrect this article in April to see which pre season comments proved to be the most accurate
can't blame the poor sods, we could hardly believe our luck having top owners, management and players ourselves.
soon be seeing derby kids wearing their wolves tops
Bottled it again. Surprise surprise.
Actually think Derby over achieved this time around and were quite unfortunate rather than bottling it this time.
Bit of a surprise that Derby beat Leeds to get to the play off final, but they were second best at Wembley. Bottom line is that Derby did ok but weren’t quite good enough, as is usually the case. With Lampard on the way, and some good loan players moving on, I suspect it won’t be any better next season
