There is a reason why Klopp put him back at 6 cos he doesn't have the game to play more advanced. He can ping a good long pass but his short passing is very limited. We need someone more creative so Lallana would get the nod there.

Which you can do when playing deep but if you are advanced you need to play on the half turn and this is something Hendo cannot do. It will be the usual short back and sides from Hendo.

Its hilarious utd fans criticising a team reaching a CL final and failing.....when their own team were busted out the same competition much earlier.

Agreed plus what does Lallana create? Some good Cruyff turns and then a pass back into midfield.
Lallana was fantastic in 16/17
Hendo played in an advanced role during Brendan’s time here, I remember him doing it really well and he’s a smart player, with a good passing range!
Hendo was basically Gerrards legs. He could do that under Rodgers but with Klopp more is demanded in that role and this is why Klopp never plays him.
Mate do you remember the period around the time we beat Tottenham 5-0?
He was more than legs, the lads got quality he’s just playing in a role with a lot of responsibility right now as DM and dropping between the spread CB’s when the fullbacks push on & being the main passing option to beat an opposition press when the CB’s have the ball.
