Pre season cup winnersWhen's the parade guys?

Liverpool came back a week earlier than most teams didn't they? They also had the fewest players invitation in the latter stages of the WC too.

I remember when LVG won 6 out of 6 with us, including wins over Liverpool n Madrid. We then lost to Swansea opening day at home. Pre season means nothing.

It's not just about the results though, it's the fact that we have addressed pretty much every weakness in our squad as well.

I don't really. Goalkeeping situation has been addressed and we're well stocked in central defence where VVD adds a calming presence. Another top defender would merely have been a bonus.
