If someone dies then it's gone too far. Anything else is just banter.

To sum up: even if there's actual video evidence, you can get away with anything, as long as you're rich and have a certain skin colour - even if you’re ginger

How did he get away with that?

I don't mind him coming back into the team and I do understand that things can escalate on a night out and many get away with it, but there is video evidence here.

I think he should've been punished.

A bit late on this and i don't know the ins and outs of it, but didn't the homosexual lads say Stokes stuck up for them against homosexual abuse?
