Siaz for me... simply just class at times !
Ayling. Pure commitment to the cause and fights for everything.
Has to Super Samu, now he seems to have settled is showing what he can do. Looking like a younger Hernandez all the time. If he can get to that level consistently we have a gem. And if we don't go up he will be snapped up.
Pablo, quality player who always puts a shift in as well
Pablo for me.
The guy has genius in his bones.
Tough one that Rich. I agree Saiz & Pabs are sheer quality. Ayling's a great shout. Berra for continuing to be all about team first. Phillips, mental form. Love them all.
But, for me, I really like Klich. I liked him from the off. But, TC didn't and farmed him out. The lad could've thrown a wobbler. He didn't. He got his head back in it and had a good end to the Dutch season. When asked about his intentions, he said he wanted to come back to Leeds and earn a place.
Damn if he hasn't. Superb ethic and commitment to fight and show what he can do. He's scored. He's integral to what we do. Massively impressed by him.
But, again, tough ask narrowing down to one player.
5 stars.
Pablo, I just wish he was 10 years younger.

He is & called Samu
Phillips for me - based on the season so far. Such a transformation and looking assured.
Plus I want him to have a wow of a season to shut the pr1111ck up 2 rows back from me, who singles him out at every opportunity.

that double nutmeg on jedinak and the pass afterwards - simply beautiful.

.......................................................
I think everyone who loves the club wishes the same.
Genius player. Sublime.
For skill Pablo
For enthusiasm and getting stuck in Ayling.
Can't choose at the moment between
Pablo - Not only his quality but his desire to get that cross in for Alioski's goal against Derby was ridiculous.
Saiz - Running games.
Ayling - Always loved him, absolute quality at this level
Phillips - Player re-born, I derided him last year, this year he's been coached and literally looks a different player.
Roofe - 2 x MOTM performances, utterly perfect displays which enables the whole team behind him to perform.
For that reason Roofe just about shades it.
^ Roofe has been brilliant.
Wouldn't like to say at the moment. Give it another 10/15 games.
Saiz and Berardi. Saiz is a joy to watch and I like his style of play. Love how he loses opposition players. Berardi reminds me so much of my myself as a player and person, he's an iconic Leeds player for me.
We've got a very likeable set of players

It says favourite "Current" not an analysis of who may tail off etc
I've been critical of him as I could not see where the improvement was going to come from but what I was desperate for, that is Bielsa to get the best out of him has so far certainly happened - take a bow Kalvin.
Long may it continue.
Don't they ask the same question of the mascots?
Really looking forward to Saturday when Lubo runs out holding Ayling's hand.

strange you know they do.
what was your answer then last week?
Ronnie Vieira.
Came to the club as a youngster, developed in the U18 and 23 teams, broke into the first team as a 18 year old ((or 19?), exudes calmness and composure, definite destined to be a star and future captain.
Now I need to warm to someone else.
Liked Roofe from the beginning, met and chatted with him after Ipswich game at ER last season (remember that game and my panic Sol? 🤣). Perhaps, he becomes my new favorite.
Alioski needs to have someone to shout up for him. Works extremely hard, forward and back, but also links up brilliantly horizontally with Roofe, with them constantly switching positions and running across the defenders to keep them on their toes.
Loved what Baker and Harrison offered yesterday, as well as Shackleton and Pearce.
BPF is doing brilliantly for his age and, like any other player, will make the occasional mistake. Not an issue.
Saiz, Pablo, Klich, Roofe, Ayling - pure class, all of them
Phillips - always motivated despite the anti-Phillips brigade. Slotted into defensive midfield role brilliantly. Not yet Batty-standard, but I suspect he could be.
Berra, Coops, Jansson - can't knock their commitment
Douglas? Occasionally suspect at back (like Jansson and Coops and Berra), but boy can he make up for it immediately.
Overall, it's about the team though, and this lot are pretty much what we had before but they have been moulded. Long may it continue.
Not missing Vieira and never suspected we would, despite his commitment and potential
^^ We aren't missing Vieira yet but I think we will when the games stack up. (I hope not, but that is my feeling)
^^ I understand what you mean when you say not missing Ronnie BUT we will never know how good Bielsa could have made him. I mean look what he has done to the others
Young Shacky.
Went to same schools and was a good mate of his dads.
