I'm Levy in on balance but he's been a caant this summer and got it horribly wrong. Delivering a World Class stadium, biggest club venue in London, and yet has managed to p|ss off a large chunk of our fanbase in the process.

Pretty much sums up his tenure. In black and white he's done really well. Dig beneath the surface and whilst we move forward, there always seems to be a slight back step of his own making.

Perfect analysis. Couldn't agree more with it all.

Definitely Levy in. He is the best chairman since Sidney Wale in the 1950s/60s. Levy has delivered a brand new stadium. CL football three years in a row. No chairman since Wale has overseen top three finishes for three successive seasons.

Would you sooner have a second hand car dealer like Sugar or the Chuckle Brothers over at West Ham running the club. I certainly wouldn`t.

He is not perfect, but he is right up there with the best ever Chairmen at Tottenham.

Just to balance things, read a report today that suggested we had 2-3 key targets this summer and for one reason or another we did not manage to sign them.

Poch had decided if we could not get our main targets then taking second best was not an option.

In of course, some of the reaction from a handful of fans is boarder line spoilt child behaviour, I can picture them stomping there feet and folding there armsπŸ˜‚

Was one or all of those reason Levy refusing to pay up?

Spurtle and Don seem the only two who are Levy Out

I just don’t understand the levy out brigade.

It’s frustrating we can’t afford to keep up with united city and Chelsea but things are being put in place to help us even the field.

We have slowly gone from relegation fodder to mid table to Europa league to champs league in the 17 years Levy has been here

We have one of the best training facilities in the world and will soon have one of the best stadiums in the world.

All by spending within our means.

Do you remember when we were competing with Villa for European football? Look where they are now.

Unfortunately the market is beyond us at the moment for the type of player we want, this will change in the future. I for one am glad we aren’t settling for anymore Sissoko’s.

People need to have a word with themselves sometimes. If you don’t think you are getting value for money when you watch spurs, don’t go.

Get behind the team and the club. We get enough sh. 1t from other fans and parts of the media without our own throwing tantrums all the time.

Yes it’s not perfect yet, but it’s pretty bl oody good, if you can’t enjoy being a spurs fan right now, give up, you never will.

1) Who has said anything about our spending matching Man City and Chelsea? I know I haven’t, if others have then fair enough. Can’t say I’ve ever seen anyone state that we should be spending those sums, but then again it seems a few of our fans steadfastly refuse to entertain the idea of a ‘middle ground’, you know; a bit more than what we spend/pay right now, but not as much as the top spenders?

2) Last time we were truly under threat of relegation was one season, 97/98. Since then we’ve mostly been mid-table to it’s false to say Levy has overseen us being relegation fodder.

3) Agree

4) Apparently it’s not beyond us, not if you believe what the club have stated about the stadium not impacting on transfers. Atleti spent £60m on Lemar and their revenue is lower than ours. So either the money IS there and we choose not to spend it, or it’s not, and the club should admit it.

5) I don’t plan on going this season.

6) Since when was not being 100% satisfied automatically classed as not getting behind the team and the club? Lack of middle ground reading it’s head again.

7) No middle ground again!! Something can be good but it can also improve. There’s nothing wrong with people wishing for things to be better in life as opposed to just settling for what it is right now.

You talking about the same Atleti who spent nothing last summer when they moved into their new stadium?

You seem to keep avoidIng this question

I’m talking about the Atleti who did indeed sign players last summer but were banned from registering them due to a transfer ban.

No need for me to avoid this question.

If I’ve not answered a question it’s probably because I haven’t read it.

OK so they didn't get any players into the squad last summer, good to know.

My honest answer is I don't know at this stage. I want to see how the season unfolds first.

Do you listen to the Fighting C*ck (podcast)? The most recent episode with the THST would be worth a listen to you to hear more about Levy etc.
