You played well lads, need a little tweak here and their but if you carry on like that you'll survive,, maybe tired at the end?
That's the premiership for you
Don't worry though you'll have your games when you get your luck,
We certainly pushed ours today

Well next week is a freebie so not gonna worry about that and then we have a few very winnable games and hopefully we can get our season running, its a learning curve early and we can see a few errors in our summers work but certainly not anything to start fretting over long term.

I think the West Ham and Burnley games become important now though. No wins out of them and we will be up against it early on.

I’m not worried though. We have shown enough in the last two games. Just need something to click.

You will have to play a lot better than that or it will be you in a relegation scrap not us.

Cheers Dublin Reckon we could be pretty close rivals by the end of the season battling out that 8th-12th region

No panic required.

Good draw against Everton.

Lost 0-2 away to Leicester who, though they probably deserved the points, were flattered by the score. We hit the woodwork 3 times, scored a dodgy own goal and conceded via a deflection. Patricio didn't have a lot to do all afternoon.

We don't need any other red cards for the opposition, however, as we play better against 11.

Be interesting next week as we haven't really played that badly, but Man City are a different proposition. 0-2 my early prediction.

Needed another Leicester goal for my prediction to be correct.

We are going to be seeing a lot of 'Wolved 0' this season.

At least you should be happy, as your team beat QPR handsomely.

Having won the premier league 2 years ago I think we know what’s needed at this level. The difference between wolves and Leicester is that we can play badly and still win. You just aren’t clinical which is concerning although there is a plenty of time.

I agree we were poor today and I don’t see Puel in a job for much longer but there’s absolutely no chance of us being in a relegation scrap with the quality we have. You guys on the other hand have your work cut out if you miss chances like today

I think Cardiff v Toon will be on last. We need to start saying balls to luck, we have to make or own luck. We had chances to finish the game off. We didn't. We deserved to get beat.

Disappointing to drop points against Leicester but who knows what kind of result this will be come season end. We got stuffed at home by Cardiff this time last year, it had little bearing on our season ultimately.

Good entertaining game today and Wolves will play a lot worse than that and win. Leicester definitely had the rub of the green. Our shots were hitting the woodwork and being cleared off the line while they scored twice due to deflections.

We certainly appear to have done well in the transfer market again with Castro possibly our best player today and Traore’s pace from a standing start is frightening and had a good full back in Chilwell screaming at team mates to double up to try to stop him. And as we saw last week, Jiminez is a really good centre forward. Only player I would criticise is Bonatini who had a poor 45 minutes but we know he can do better.

The points will come if we keep playing like this

posted on 18/8/18

Think there were plenty of warning signs last season that bonatini may not cut it and it was one of the reasons I felt our summers work was a little overhyped as we are light in that position.

He may prove the doubters wrong yet but I don't see it and he will be best served when we are holding a lead rather than chasing one.

I think Nuno got the subs wrong today. For me Jota should have stayed on and Traore on for Costa.
When Doc got injured I think he should have moved Castro Otto over to the right and brought on Vinagre on the left.
As it was we lost our shape and momentum and never looked as good again going forward.

posted on 18/8/18

Only read views on today's game so no idea personally but sounds like Costa and Jota again were disappointing which would be a shame.

Cav is a big loss right now that is for sure but it is pleasing to hear that Traore looked a real threat and have read he could have had a hat trick of assists today apparently.

posted on 18/8/18

Traore looked brilliant - an absolute beast of a winger. Like Antonio if he took steroids for a year. Definitely got a player in him and if he had started it could have been different

posted on 18/8/18

That is good to hear and he may be the spark we seem to lack going forward this far.

posted on 18/8/18

Traore is potentially brilliant if Nuno can get the best out of him. But as we hit the woodwork twice and had two kicked off the line in the first half hour it could hardly be said we were ineffective before he came on. The first 20 minutes were wave after wave of Wolves attacks

Just read some of the comments on the molmix verdict thread . My God some folk don't half overreact

posted on 18/8/18

So after 2 games we are one point above Arsenal. If that’s still the case after 38 games we will have done ok

posted on 19/8/18

A bit rich Nuno saying that we need to be more clinical when he plays a forward who hasn't scored this year and sells one that got 6 in 13 games

posted on 19/8/18

Well, on another day it would have been 0-3. That's football.
Play like that and we will win more than we lose. As for Leicester taking their chances, rubbish. It just went their way.

posted on 19/8/18

I thought the Wolves were finishing top 6? It's the Premier league, not Burton anymore... You'll learn.... Or perhaps not...

posted on 19/8/18

Totally agree Boston, it was just a day when Leicester had good fortune in front of goal and we didn’t.

If you'relying on bonatini you'll be sinking to the bottom not rising to the top
