Something isn't quite right. You can tell from the players reactions
no matter how it's happened theres always gonna be a divide in the camp, I suspect the French boys will side with him whatever the outcome as he's probably been promised a move and they'll think well what happens if he tries to pull that stunt with us
who knows mate
many possibilities, he hasnt signed a contract, if they made him promises he can go then i find it odd that they wouldnt sell him for 9 million or have a replacement lined up.
he faked and injury, no two ways about that, he was at it, his agent said as much and for me thats where the issue is, with agents in their clients ear.
i'm pleased the players are showing him some support considering he let them and the fans down with such behaviour, but i think stupid and naive more than anything.

Celtic have probably refused him the move because we've dragged our heels in getting a replacement
Rodgers said in an interview a few weeks ago that Rogic and Boyata were offered contracts before the World Cup, Rogic wanted to sign before it and Boyata wanted to wait till he came back
Why were we not lining up replacements there and then
Why were we not lining up replacements there and then
=======
i put that down to the manager and the scouts from that perspective but then again, can't say that we would have got a deal done anyway.
I think both parties have been at fault
He's been wanting to leave but thinks Celtic have fcked his move by not being proactive in getting in a replacement for him
He's quite right tbh , he's practically said he's wanting to leave and he's given us ample time to get a new player in
Both to blame if that's what's happened
However Boyata has been the biggest whank by not playing the only time his club needed him
I think both sides are to blame to an extent.
I think Boyata has clearly said he didn't want to play, not sure why we would just come out with that and not play him in such an important game.
That said, he's probably miffed we didn't accept Fulham's bid for him when he was told an acceptable offer would be enough.
if he has refused to play then why is he anywhere near our first team?

Because they held talks last week and maybe it's been agreed he will likely stay until January.
he knows he might be stuck here mate.
we should have accepted the 9 million, it was stupid not to do it considering he is worth about 4 a the most.
he should have played against athens, he is paid thousands of pounds a week by celtic, i don't give a f... if he is in a huff, i don't get paid to do f... all in my work when i'm in a huff
says the guy on the forum right now
A poorly handled situation made all the worse by the manager going public with his condemnation. Why did he do that? To apply pressure to the board perhaps? Does not seemed to have worked if that is the case. Probably will all come out in the wash in the end, but you have to think that the manager has been told to play him.

A big part of that would be our lack of CBs them being injured and that. As for the Boyata situ he is obvs holding out for a move to Engerland, I would say it's a case that both parties have l9oked at the situation which is dire at both ends and this is the agreed solution. It is what it is, personally I would still punt the cvnt but if he scores for us on Sunday and has a fantastic game in defence then I may forgive a wee bit. That said every time he puts on our Jersey he has my support until he fvcks something up then it's open season 😂

Utter stupidity not selling him for £9M.
If he apparently, as reported, apologized to the manager and the players, why did he not apologize to the supporters?
He should have never been allowed to wear the shirt again after Athens.

Good point..Should have been his first apology
Exactly. More fans would have been forgiving if he has just held his hands up and said sorry. As far as I'll m concerned he can fvck off
Some silly names getting branded about
Gary Cahill ?? just need to get over £120,000 a week stumbling block with that one ...and we know how Celtic like to move fast with such things
Powell - not Jenny , the guy we were linked to agrees ago ..which is very unfortunate . That croaky voiced slagg used to make my bell leak !
Benkovic - the guy who we were linked with ages ago
Why is it always guys we were linked to ages ago ? We can't even get linked with new players
And btw , the more perceptive amoungst you will have noticed that none of these play fcking right back!!!!
What is going on?
Oh and John Terry he's more likely to sign for I'm a celebrity or something
