Regarding your post which is above, I've like yourself have been expressing concerns about Ken for some time. It rather looks as though it's going to hit the fan soon. That is barring some little miracle.

All these potential investors and nothing to show for it. Has Ken been greedy? I don't think he ever had his heart in the club but saw it as a possible way of making a killing. As it stands, if no rabbit comes out of the hat very soon, we will be knackered.

Having read our Chairman's communique, I can say that all in the garden is fine and dandy. That is of course until Monday when Ken is back in court to defend the action of Heathcotes Catering. As it's only a £200.000 bill, I expect Ken will be able to handle that. Or am I being over enthusiastic? Of course, Ken has said previously that there were extraneous circumstances for nonpayment.

We will no doubt have another fun day waiting on tenterhooks for a result. That is of course if can doesn't manage to get a postponement to the proceedings. Isn't it good fun being part of the extended family of BWFC under the auspices of Uncle Ken.

I would like to see Christian Doidge get his debut on Saturday. If Magennis fails to recover from his injury which looks likely, he would be my first choice. He's had a couple of weeks to train with the squad and was already scoring goals this season for Forest Green. I think 4 goals this season. He's got to play.

I would like to see two strikers on the pitch at the same time! at home, but I can’t see Parky playing that way .

Ken’s hade a lot to say this week.

And Ken and the caterers have made up,
So there will be no court case on Monday.

As it was 200,000 GBP perhaps the same local businessman who helped out with the Blue marble loan decided that Ken needed a little extra help. Good on him in any event for stepping in and helping the club avoid administration.

I thought Ken said he would rip up the catering contract was it cheaper to cough up and make up than pay off the contract.

With two away games after today, we really could do with a win today. I can't see us getting anything midweek from Middlesbrough. I will be in the midst of a rather sickly trip back to England on a ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth So unfortunately, I won't be able to take part in the thread. The Wi-Fi on board is worse than useless.
