Doidge? Worked hard but looked a bit lightweight. If continue to play one up front then it has to be megennis. Gamble signing players from Lowe leagues. Megennis straight away fitted in. Doidge might take more time.

Two strikers at home, seemed to work better

Thought Doidge was busy but got bullied by the bigger QPR centre halves. When he's up against defenders like that he needs to play smarter.

Olkowski was head and shoulders the best player on the park - followed by their number 10 who we let run the show at times.

Every week is the same for the past 10 years - We are simply too gettable down the flanks and second to everything in midfield. It's not a new thing.

Getting the balance of the team right for me. Megennis up front and vela behind him rather than 3 similar midfielders. Always struggle without ameobi, grounds at lb is a disaster. Missed Taylor but he's going to be injured half the games so a problem there. A few random thoughts there. A few changes just became parky likes to tinker so Murphy, vela, Buckley possibly back for Wednesday.

Got to be a change at left back even if Taylor isn't fit. Secret agent grounds sent by Birmingham who must be laughing. Little at rb but is he in the naughty corner and olkowski lb? Worth trying Wilson although more a centre back. Bit of a problem in that position. Guilty I think of hanging on for Robinson all summer and not addressing that position early enough. Once Robinson went to Wigan not many options left.

It could take a while for Prof P to try all the different combinations he can come up with size of the squad at his disposal.
