Pedro very much suited to Sarri's style. He played a similar role for Barca under Pep. His goals from the wide area are very useful. hoping he get into double figures.

Both Willian and Pedro have been very good from the bench when called upon, last game vs Cardiff, Willian was excellent and the week before Pedro scored too.

It'll be interesting to see which one plays on Thursday, I'm hoping CHO will start too.

Pedro suits Sarris style of play more. However, Willian brings different qualities to the team and can be useful in some games. We’re lucky to have them both

I think pedro has been fantastic for us, the type of player that doesn't care for passing % or something not working out, he is a real spark that will always try to go forward and he is a great finisher. he has not been utilised correctly with us, but has still put in a string of good performances the last couple of years. A shame we never had him, mata and hazard all at once.

He is also imo the hardest working player in our team, especially pressing wise.

Really like willian, but he was poor against bournemouth and didn't take his opportunity to challenge pedro who should be starter for now.

Lucky to have both.

Very true that Nick, Luiz should take note of that. Just because someone is gifted with talent doesn't mean that they don't need to put the effort in.

Summer I hear you were there on saturday mate. Playing much better footy so far this season. Need to tighten up the defence and we should contend for things this year.

In regards to Luiz, I don't think i've ever seen the guy sprint.

Pedro was great in 15/16 season, for most part was also preferred to Willian then

Always there Nick, long standing STO.

Luiz annoyed me when he didn't shut the Cardiff bloke down and allowed him to get a shot in and was then looking to point fingers at Dave coz it went through his legs. He's facking lazy.

Yeah agree summer, not a lot of people notice it, but I see it nearly every game, rather than sprint to a loose ball, he would rather "shepherd" the play, and run alongside a striker, or let them get to the ball first. Then get's in an avoidable one on one. Very frustrating.

Hardest working player is obviously Kante.

Anyway Pedro has been good and deserves to start ahead of Willian. He’s the best finisher we have in our squad. Needs to improve his dribbling.

okay 2nd hardest workin. my bad.

Pedro is a way overlooked player. He is the most direct attacking player we have ok he makes som e slipups from time to time but hes a little jack russell of a player. Everytime i take the Tour of Stamford bridge people litterally push and shove to get to hazards place i make a beeline for Pedros great little player and a great buy at the time. He is though a little rash in the tackle sometimes but hes not considered big enough to cause much damage.

Isn't he like 43 now? Don't think he will be improving anything.

Pedro is a system player, one who's main strengths are movement, pressing and combination play.

Give him a Pep, Sarri or even a happy/on form Conte and he will shine, but you can never expect him to be the type of player that will be the shining light in a team suffering a crisis or not playing very well, like what the likes of Willian, Hazard and Mata have been for us on various occasions.

So for that reason if the team aren't playing well and relying more on individual quality to get us through i'd choose Willian, but when the team is on it and firing Pedro gets the odd all day long for me.
