He definitely impressed. I remember when I thought Darmian was the second coming of G Nev after his debut though so I won’t get too excited just yet.

Dalot was really assured for a debutant let alone a 19 year old.
Hopefully he'll get another start next week against Derby in the cup and eventually force his way into the team. Valencia needs replacing and quick, although I expect he will start this weekend.
Shaw n Dalot both impressed today. Smalling also was good.
Mourinho has been raving about this kid, so I hope he puts his words into practice and looks to phase Valencia out and bring him through as the season goes on.

Everyone else has at least 10 x their budget, even Valencia who won’t have nearly as much as us, never mind juve.
Personally have the feeling that in time tonight's result might look than it's been given credit for. The Swiss league might never produce a CL champion, but their top clubs can do some damage from time to time. Think Basle or Zurich. Considering YB are killing it there right now, I'd be surprised if they turn out to be pushovers in all their CL games.
