Martial has started two games this season
Sanchez has started three
Sanchez played better against Burnley than Martial has at any point this season.
People have given up on Sanchez way too soon. It’s incredible how quickly people have washed their hands of him. Hopefully he makes some people eat their words tomorrow

Not giving up on him just yet, but he has to earn his place in the team. If you are in poor form and another player comes in and does better then you have to wait your turn.
Martial should be picked ahead of Sanchez today and like any player in the squad should be allowed to build on a good game. Sanchez has done more in the game as a whole but if he isn’t really pulling up any trees and another player in the same position is arguably doing better then that player has to be given a chance, it really should be that simple.
Sanchez hasn't earned the right to be automatically picked, no one really has other than De Gea.
