Agree with everything you say Busby , except for your penultimate paragraph of course.

Fantastic prospect. Was remarkable that Wolves got him when they did.

Can see Neves ending up at City. Would suit them perfectly.

Really not sure we needed Fred to be honest. Would have rather we gone and got a really top quality Cm as I don't think he's any better than Herrera or Pereira. Did take his goal well at the weekend mind you, but has beeb poor otherwise.

I vaguely remember him being highly rated when he was at Porto.

I was surprised when he moved to Wolves as they were a big step down. It won't be long before a big club goes after him and Wolves pocket a big fee.

Nuno seems to have the world at his feet too

Who knows, maybe a Nuno/ Neves sweep come August

That move would make too much sense for our board to entertain!

Can see Zidane getting the job if Jose flops this season.

And mountino, wolves punching well above their weight or station, must be giving these guys huge wages.

Why does everyone think Neves will move? All Wolves have to do is match his ambition, and with everything happening at Wolves, we have every chance of doing so.

Keep an eye on Wolves, this is just the start.

Glad you mentioned Boly, a man mountain at the back, and supremely comfortable on the ball. To me he could play in any of the top teams in the Prem.

But again Wolves are going places, so no reason to move.

Think Wolves ceiling for the next 3 or 4 years is probably top half, maybe challenging top 6 if Nuno is as good as people think he is.

By that point, the likes of Neves will want to be winning things imo.

Neves will move, he'll be at superclub within 3 years.

Wolves may be going places but the name holds little weight, if United even in their current dire situation offered him the same in wages as Wolves can he'd be at United.

Like I said, you guys really have no idea what is happening at Wolves.

Maybe someone like Barcelona etc, But doubt another Prem team, as long as we achieve what we are aiming for.

I'd love him at United right now. He's not exactly the carbon copy of Michael Carrick by any means as he's probably a bit more dynamic to be honest than Carrick ever was, however he really could play that Carrick role well for us.

I'd rather have Neves at the DM than somebody like Matic. Neves can win the ball back but also make things happen too unlike Matic who doesn't have that skill-set.

Have a feeling City might get him though in the summer. Fernandinho is getting on now and looks to have regressed a bit this season so far. I think he'd be great in their team too.

Guys he is going nowhere, City, Utd, it will make no difference.

You will understand soon enough.

Delusional. He'll want to be back playing in European competition soon. Unless you get into Europe for next season,I think he'll be off somewhere.

The move to Wolves was to raise the profile of the club and to also put him more in the shop window which both have already been achieved.

I can agree with that Eric, but again you seem to have no idea about the revolution happening at Molineux.

Neither do you, other than wishful thinking

Tell us about this revolution that's going to have Wolves as a Top European club before Neves is 23/24 and needs to move to one.

Would be astounding if you could grow your club quick enough. I reckon he'll leave next summer.

Neves will not go anywhere, unless Barca, RM or city pose an interest. United is a broken machine so you guys can just sit back and watch the gold and black revolution from your Surrey mansions

And you can forget about Nuno as well

I have no idea what's going on at wolves but I'd imagine your only getting these players from Mendes on condition that they'll be allowed big moves after X number of years/if you don't get European football.

If you don't break into Europe in a year or two, the likes of Neves won't stay at wolves out of loyalty, and I imagine Mendes will also be pushing for sales so he can line his pocket.

It could work but it strikes me as a gamble that could backfire massively once players start to leave.

You also have to factor in the West Midlands accent which is up there with Scouse as one of the worst in the Uk. That could begin to grate hugely on a player after a few years.

Aye, Neves looks a quality player, as does Costa on the right wing, he had a great game against Liverpool in the cup a few years ago and always popped up in the highlights of Wolves games, taking players on, making things happen.

We used to buy younger players and develop them but players who are in their late 20's and just starting to decline is our MO over the past few years, I'm sure he'll fit in nicely at City or Liverpool though, or any club with a coherent transfer policy.

Remind me of Alonso. Very good young player who has stepped up from Championship to PL with ease.

Revolution?

Step 1. Get rich owner and shady super agent Mendes to buy lot of players

Step 2. Enforce step 1.

I usually find Wolves fans knowledgeable and well mannered. How disappointing.

Mendes is part of the group who own Wolves, so he has a lot to juggle. His clients, the club and his own pocket.

he's not good enough for a team as big as united.
