If you have played TLOU already, there is little to gain playing the remastered version.
It is 1080p and 60fps, with slightly better graphics, and I would recommend it for new players.
It can probably be bought quite cheap these days, so if you haven't played the Left Behind dlc that comes with it, you might get something from it.
Otherwise save for TLOU2.
