If they had shown a firm hand to both teams and punished Brentford as well as Leeds we could accept it, but as it stands this only goes to show the contempt the FL have for Our Team .

Referees are not EFL. They are two unconnected things.
People pretending that this is because of bias against Leeds are just wrong. Referees can have terrible games, and most referees will support their colleagues when they do. It's why the system in place is not fit for purpose. That applies to all teams though.
The amount of adults who whine about imaginary bias it's unbelievable.
Agree with some of what you say Lubo - but all the ridiculous decisions down the years can't all be swept away into the 'imaginary bias' cupboard.

Not saying that it wasn't a headbutt. Saying that it's not a case of bias on behalf of the EFL that it wasnt reviewed.

It doesn't make sense to think that there is some secret conspiracy in which all officials have got together treat Leeds Utd worse than the rest.
There is definitely areas in which mistakes happen. I think that the standard of refereeing outside the Premiership leaves a lot to be desired. I'm surprised that the 'headbutt' has not been charged. And 100% think that if referees and officials were more transparent and more importantly showed more humility there would not be half of the frustration there currently is.
But don't think we have the monopoly on being frustrated at decisions. Every club in the country probably feels they're the ones that are hard done to.
As Lubo said, surely we are all wise enough now that we don't feel sorry for ourselves and whine about being hard done to every time something doesn't go our way.

I think if we do not go up this season, he will stay on for atleast 1 more season as the players who will be brought in will deff be his.But then I would be surprised if he stays longer if we do not get up then. If we do get up this season, then who knows how long he could be around for.
