Jose charged

It's deffo a Portuguese slur too though... I've seen my friend go absolutely mad when someone said it to him during a drunken argument.

I thought that I did an article on Wazza swearing into the camera, but checking back it must have been on the BBC 606.

I did find this gem that I referenced though.

I think most of you will laugh at this. It is just the OP comments.

Best youth setup in the country
by Liverpool Til I Die (U7865) 22 June 2011
COMMENT ON THIS ARTICLE
I believe we now have the best youth setup in the country, very much in the model of Barcelona.

I don't think there is a better youth contingent in the country than:

Suso
Sterling
Darby
Coady
Flanagan
Eccleston
Ince
Amoo
Wisdom
Bruna
Robinson

When you add in youngsters who are already in the first team:

Agger
Suarez
Carroll
Pacheco
Leiva
Wilson
N'Gog
Spearing
Shelvey
Kelly
Skrtel
Ayala
Insua
Henderson

It is all pointing to a very positive future. This is all a result of Rafa's legacy, and will be harnessed by Kenny. I am convinced that we are at the start of a golden era for the club. A decade of dominance like Man U enjoyed in the 90s. Only this time it will be Rafa's Raggamuffins or Kenny's Kids.

YNWA.

To be honest Jose’s teams have always done best when they’ve adopted siege mentalities that the world is against them

Hopefully this helps
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The problem with this is its not "us against the world"... He's repeatedly made it "jose against the world"... With the players, the club... Everyone in the world camp.

I'd be astounded if the complaint or the highlighting of what he said didn't originate from the press

Which does feed into his witch hunt and paranoia/victim mentality

Catch 22 tho... The more he squeals about it, the more they'll do it

Could we not just say this is gross misconduct... Sack the miserable so and so... No payout... And get back to attacking football

So some United, or Mourinho hating Portugese speaking lip reader phones the FA and says 'i'm offended by what I heard' and he gets charged?

What about when you can clearly hear fans chanting with swear words in when at smaller grounds in the FA Cup etc and the commentators have to say 'apologies for anyone who might've heard some unsavoury language' etc. Do Sky get fined for playing it on live TV? Or the clubs get fined? Maybe each individual fan that was in the crowd?

Can't United just say 'apologies for anyone who heard any unsavoury language' and be done with it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

No because you see this is somebody representing United therefore a chance to set a precedent.

You know when Mutu got banned for Coke for 6 months and Rio got 8 months for missing a test. That kind of lesson. Fairness and equality doesn't come into it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Missing a test

You missed out the part where he lied about it, claiming he forgot despite being reminded several times whilst training by the club doctor. Said his phone was off at the time they were calling him but during the same period made calls to his own doctor and sent text messages to the girl he was having an affair with. Also the part where his chauffeur said that he was contacted at 12 to inform Ferdinand not to leave training before taking the drugs test but the doctor gave a conflicting statement that it was 1:30, which was some time after Ferdinand left to go shopping.

But yeah they're all just ABU's

Exactly. If your teammates thought he was innocent they would have shown their support. Instead his club captain came out and said that he'd never have done something so stupid and it cost the team.

This “should” set a dangerous precedent

From now on I expect any manager who curses during a game to get charged. We know they won’t but they should if this is really an issue.

Will only highlight the double standards in the FA
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Prime example of your delusion, paranoia and conspiracy theories. Everyone is well aware that managers and players swear during games, however they tend not to deliberately and consciously swear into the camera and microphones like your hero Jose did. If you’re unable to recognise that, then I pity you.

Is it sky or the PL who govern the league and sell the rights to TV in all countries?

Having had a look at typical lip-reading accuracy https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3155585/
I would say that he could've said just about anything. Lip-reading in real-life does not appear to bear up to the realm of espionage stories.
If you don't want to read the paper - if you can lip-read at in excess of 30% accuracy, you're an outlier.

None of those examples of Klopp are comparable to be fair.

He should have been charged when he had a run in with the fourth official though.

He’s always barking at the fourth official.

When ederson was knocked out on the floor then receiving medical treatment he spent ten minutes shouting at the fourth official.

You don't get charged for shouting at the fourth official. You actually have to commit an offence, like abusing them, to get charged. I'm just wondering which incident people thought he should have been charged for.
