I agree. Lukaku should not be coming straight back in. Rashford wasn’t great but at least he offers energy.

Thought Fred played well today and deserves to keep his place

I think the whole team should remain unchanged.

I agree Rashford wasn't great, but he made constant runs in behind and down the channels, it made space for Martial and the midfield.

Listening to talk sport on the way home and all fans at the game seem to agree, as did everybody around me.

Bottom line - there was improvement and hopefully we build on it. Lukaku is a clusterfark, and Rashford does more out there. Maybe Jose caught on to this? Certainly it was a step in the right direction, but when I watch highlights of City or even the Dippers, it shows a lot of improvement left.

United do have to pay a premium. That doesn't mean we spend wisely what we spend. Fred hasn't been great when selected imo. Though he hasn't played much

I didn't think we were particularly that good today.

We only played well for short periods of time of which the best was the 15 minute spell in the second half.

Don't get me wrong. Glad we won but it wasn't that convincing.

Really? Have you watched Lukaku play the past couple of games?. Rashford stretches teams with his pace , gets in behind and has a better first touch. This allows the fluidity in our team. Lukaku is too static and easy to mark and cannit hold the ball up for a target man.

You think that was a good performance? By your standards I guess it was.

Martial demonstrating why is was a complete waste of time and money buying Sanchez.

That super flop Lukaku, along with Sanchez, should be paid to leave in the summer.

I agree lukaku has been shizit and should have been dropped way before today. Him coming on as sub today didn't make sense to me in the whole context or reason he was supposedly rested today.
He's been over indulged by Jose and needs to be dropped for a while

It's disappointing that your manager may have finally cottoned on that Martial has to start and that Lukaku stiffles your game.

It was great when he believed the opposite. Hopefully his absurd treatment of Martial has had an impact and he leaves.
