Hamish<We had 19 shots on goal last night.>

Nice try.

But it actually less than a third of that.

6.
---------------------------------------------------------

Are you sure?

All 19 weren't on target. But Im pretty sure they were definitely shooting at the goal......

Katic was very steady (Hamilton game aside) for the most part and can count himself a bit unfortunate to be out the team.

That's what happens when you call Jimmy Bell a b@stard.

If you think Hamilton deserved a draw ‘at least’ (give over) do you think we deserved to beat Aberdeen and Motherwell?

_____________________

From what I seen against Aberdeen, rangers had most of the ball but created very little. Could say you deserved to win based on that aye but you didn't create anything. Against Motherwell? Nah, draw was a fair result in that game, rangers were woeful all second half and motherwell were all over you in that period.

Against Hamilton, up until the 83rd minute the game was very much 50-50, rangers didn;t create any good chances, Hamilton had one very good chance and were the better team in that 2nd half up until rangers were awarded a penalty 7mins from the end. Just saying you got away with one there and overall it was another poor performance
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But Aberdeen created absolutely nothing in the game at Pittodrie.

They scored in injury time with their first attempt on target against ten men.

By the rationale you applied to us in the Hamilton game Aberdeen deserved absolutely nothing out of the game against us.

Its almost as if there is some sort of bias to your assessment of these games

Pedro was a priq and Warburton a snake bastirt

i have no time for sensible debate mate

"here you're fourth are u not."

Aye actually. Must have read 6th elsewhere.

fourth still isn't good enough.

Gerrard basically has to solve the same problem Warburton and Pedro struggled with - how to break down teams that sit in with ten men behind the ball.

Murphy was brought in last January specifically to address that issue and quickly became an important player.

This is why the lack of game time for Grezda baffles me...

I thought you meant the aberdeen cup game at the weekend pal

No biased opinion at all. That league game rangers deserved the win aye

The Hamilton game all I'm saying is was a poor rangers performance up until the 83rd min when you got 2 pens Similar to the Livingston game.

I don’t think he’s that good being honest. The feeling I got was that folk weren’t bothered if he was signed permanently or not?! Maybe I’m wrong on that though.

He will still be there if we don't get out the groups.

I think Gerrard will be given time. I think he deserves to be given time.

As long as he shows the ability to learn from his mistakes and to overcome the issues.

My biggest issue is the midfield. We have too many 'ok' centre midfield players and no real stick on playmaker type that the team is built on.

In recent weeks we have seen Jack, Halliday, Coulibally, McCrorie and Rossitter all feature as our 'holding' centre midfield player.

Even Ejaria has dropped back there at times.

The centre midfield needs to establish its identity and build some momentum from there.

Murphy is far from top drawer but he was a very useful addition who helped us break down stubborn Premier League teams.

Up until that point Candeais was basically our only first team winger last season.

Not prepared to read through the thread, but did anyone mention Gerrard cutting off the player he took to the press conference with him?

Not sure which player it was, but he was asked a question and had barely got the first word out when Gerrard cut him off and answered for him.

Wasn't even a tough question, so not sure why he felt his player was incapable of answering it. Seems a bit of a control freak in that sense.

Paranoia !!

What is it that on just about every thread there is reference to Esc, apparently missing

Perhaps he is on his holibags, stuck in the lavvy..who knows....but there are a fair few that seem awfully needy for his return

It was Rossiter.

He was being asked about Gerrard's 'shape up or I will buy new players' comments.

Rossiter I think Juke.
