Yeah don't see it happening but would like to.
Bit of a concern that the only way we scored today was from the pen spot again though, but i guess we did score a perfectly good goal first half.
Fabulous game, great atmosphere and Wolves have one of the better teams in the country a real run for their money. Our offside goal should not have been disallowed and if we had been able to get our subs on at 1-2 rather than 0-3 it would likely have been a different result.
Boly, Neves and Jiminez all excellent for Wolves and Gibbs White outstanding. Bennett, Jonny, Costa and Cavaleiro all found it difficult against good opposition.
Great to see Wolves back at the top level and being able to more than hold their own against teams like Spurs

Thanks DJ. I am so pleased that someone at Molineux saw the same game that I did in Bar Norai, Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca.
Wolves look a good team, I think Spurs were lucky to get the win, A good goal given offside, bad from the ref really.
Only saw the second half Gem but very pleased with our performance from that other than of course the finishing again with Jimenez and Costa missing great chances second half.
Thought Costa looked great second half til decision time but a little surprised Traore came in on the right when their left side was in bits late second half.
Back in time to catch the highlights. MGW getting a lot of praise.
Didn't think we deserved to be 0-3 down on balance of play, thought we'd done ok despite switching off big time for the second after poor defending for the first.
Then Gibbs White came on and almost swung the game our way and to be fair Bonatini contributed too. Cracking game.

That’s great! (I was only the messenger). 😎Re the match, I don’t think we’ll meet a better side than Spurs. They were superb. Our disallowed goal was quite frankly a disgrace, as it was clearly onside. How could the official have called it as he did? First half we were 2nd best, second half was a different story.
Singhwhenyourewinning apparently took over £3500.Amazing. Worth following on Twitter as he’s a mad Wolves fan.
Just returned from the match (12.45 and a long day). Disappointed with zero points but not with the performance in general.
Agree with most on here, Spurs were a good side, though we didn't defend any of their goals well. First half was as so often this season, lots of creativity but no end result. 2nd half we were better, particularly when MGW came on who had his best game for us.
Don't really know what the formation was at the end, but wasn't surprised to see Jonny subbed for Bonatini. A shame that Traore didn't come on 10 minutes early as he looked as if he might be able to shine at last, but only had 2 or 3 opportunities whilst he was on.
Interesting to see 2 different penalty takers, but both well taken. Shame we have Arsenal next as we are unlikely to get anything there. Still, little signs that heads are dropping so think Nuno is still earning his corn. Apart from the Watford match I think we can still hold our heads up and claim to be a likely top half team.
On paper three of the 4 games after Arsenal are winnable (Chelsea maybe not), Huddersfield, Cardiff and Newcastle, so a month from now things may look a lot better.

Is it? I bow to your superior knowledge on the subject.
I thought Wolves were very unlucky yesterday to lose against us. We were just more clinical but still lucky to win.
Gibbs-White looks a real talent
I think Wolves are. PL side who could and should go on to become an established PL team for years to come.
I always liked Wolves and I can remember Billy Wright, Derek Dougan etc in their heigh day. Great club and always a football team
Wolves were robbed of a point yesterday, the "offside" disallowed Wolves goal was a disgrace.
And the Foyth should have been off, (his first penno was a definite yellow).
Last nights game was pleasing because it showed Wolves are not a million miles away from matching good Premier League teams. And it was not so very long ago we were struugling to match average championship teams.
We have since invested well and bought in Premier League quality players, and a top manager and have now given Man City, Man Utd and Spurs a good run for their money.
Spurs were the first team to open up our defence on multiple occasions and create chances that they tucked away. But as that’s happened only once I can’t get down about that. And in midfield we are matching good teams and dominating against the likes of Burnley and Brighton so no worries there, and Gibbs White might make us even better.
But we don’t score enough and last night comparing us against Spurs it was easy to see why. To say it’s about clinical finishing is one issue but I don’t think that’s the main problem. We play 343 which means we have 3 forwards. But only one of those three regularly goes into the opponents penalty area, the other two mostly play wide. And whether it’s Costa, Cavaleiro, Traore and this season even Jota they generally play wide not in the penalty area.
For Spurs first goal they had 4 players in Wolves penalty area, for the second one they had 5, and for the third they had 3. All too often Wolves would only commit one player into the opponents area. And against Premier League defenders that makes their life easy. Doherty threatens the goal more than any of our four wide forwards. Jiminez is often the only one in the danger area.
Tottenham had 4 players, Kane, Moura, Lamella and Son who all looked capable of getting into goal scoring positions and the next stage of our improvement has to be to get to the point where we have 3 forwards who are a real threat to the opposition in their penalty area.

As always Halfy.
so if MGW is getting close to a start, which I think he is, how will Nuno fit him in? Can't see him dropping Moutinho for MGW, or Neves, or Costa, or Jiminez, maybe the left side forward. What about MGW for Jonny, but then we're a very odd shape. Glad I'm not a manager on these occasions.
A much better performance in the second half and maybe if the blind linesman hadn't flagged for offside, a 1-2 scoreline would be a more accurate description of the game at that point.
I honestly thought that at 0-3, the game was over, but the players showed grit and determination and deservedly fought back and with more composure from Costa, we could have come away with a point, which on our second half performance, I thought we deserved.
I'm sure Nuno will stick to his 3-4-3 system, but with Doherty being a good outlet time and again, just where are the other front men, when he gets near the box. Surely it's not too much to ask for whoever is playing up front on the left, to get into the box once Doherty gets the ball and at least run parallel with him.
Spurs showed us how important it is to be clinical when in the box and we will have to learn and learn quickly as we have some of the top 3 in the next few weeks.
I thought Coady was outstanding in defence and Costa looks to be back to his best. Young Gibbs-White is certainly going to give us extra strength and for a lad of his age, I hope he turns out to be another assist from the Academy.
I've only managed to see a handful of our games this season, but from what I have seen, we are going to be a force to be reckoned with once we get another striker in the January window.
Of we can attack the left side of Arsenal next week and put their defence under pressure, we might just get a surprise result. Wishful thinking maybe, but football's a funny ol' game.
Not an easy decision but on last nights showing MGW is certainly worth a chance. Could change the system and play 5 in midfield. Or you could shoe horn him in to a different position as one of the three forwards or left wing back.
Can’t see Nuno doing any of those things as he likes the shape we have. So to me the key question is does MGW give us more than Moutinho? Last night I think he did
That would be a huge call mate. Can't see it happening. If Moutinho was playing badly then he might have considered it, but generally he has been one of our better players this season. Think a gamble worth considering would be MGW for Jonny, who has gone off the boil a bit, but would you try that against Arsenal where we are expected to lose or against Huddersfield where we are expected to win?
mgw is not a FB and too risky to put him there. It's either a system change and play him as a no. 10 or in preference to moutinho.
