Duke...what's the route...you mentioned Jura. How far up/down the coast and how long did it take.

You have a couple of options

we went for the 50 min one which I think is the longest.

We were at 4000 feet I guess that depends on wind and cloud though.

You go out over Helensburgh Loch Fine Arran, Islay and Jura, Kintyre Colintraive

Loads of places
We are being emailed the route we took.

Today you could see the Antrim coast.

People who don’t put their phone on silent, and constantly sit there with their phone pinging every 5 seconds. Why do you need it on loud when it’s basically in your picked or glued to your palm!

This is actually correct - partly if you’re hit from behind it may prevent you hitting the car in front.

Personally I sit and wonder at all the idiots who stop at the lights with their foot on the brake.


So many annoyances on the road - people who can’t drive roundabouts, people who don’t use the whole road up to a merge point and try to block those who do, people who tailgate when you’re legitimately using a lane, middle lane drivers, people who use the wrong lane just to get a couple of cars ahead... the list is endless.

Also using your handbreak at lights saves your clutch.
