Klopp was banned for breaking the rules. That 're is there to discourage him from setting a bad example to fans and stopping them from doing the same.

Imo the same should apply to goading. What Dier did at the weekend deserves a bigger punishment than what Klopp got

I think the wee Nyaffsmith ‘shout in yer face’ stuff crosses the line in goading. The refs in Scottish football don’t mind it though

In all honest it depends a lot on the situation, I for one thought Brown was more than justified doing it to the sheep fans who had been giving him pelters when he did his wee daft dance after 3 Aberdeen players couldn't foul him sufficiently despite one even just booting the baw aff his heid

I agree, but then you have folk who would celebrate Brown doing that but chastise Logan (for example) for doing the same thing

We're all hypocrites.

That blew up in gorams face big time. Was class the day they came out for the throphy presentation with those t-shirts on.
