Results of Week 15

not exactly a week for using your Joker – especially given it was a double week.

A multitude of surprising results especially on the midweek card meant that scoring was not at its highest. Saturday gave some fairly straight forward scoring but coupled with a low scoring Wednesday it didn’t make for huge gains for most Joker users.

Bluebell and Duke continue to battle over top spot switching places again while Mustyfrog continues to slide down the table after being top for a while.

Big scorers this week were Juke with a terrific score of 26 doubled with a Joker to make 52. Juke has gone from 16th to 5th in just 2 weeks with top scoring each week. Ginger used his Joker to decent effect scoring 42 to fire him back into the top 10. Other Joker users were Gow only scoring 28, Lex scoring 32 and Zico scoring 38.

Interestingly half of the top 10 have used their jokers so most players down to around mid-table will see the top spots as attainable with a well-used Joker at some point

The lowest score of the week was 6 from musty closely followed by an 8 from Mummy and a 9 from Paddy and Rangers5752. Ironically two of the low scorers had predicted late and I let their scores count for the second half and they scored ZERO and 3. Just to clarify the rule. ALL scores must be in by the start of the first half. It is a double week where most like to use their Jokers. Predicting in 2 halves may as well be individual weeks. From now on all scores will not count when predicted after the first lot have kicked off.

BhoyWonder missed again and as it is 3 in a row he drops off the table

Anyone who scored less than 20 tended to drop places.


Fixtures up for weeks 16 and 17. I may put up all of the fixtures over the festive period so if anyone won’t be on they can get their predictions in and can always change them prior to the kick off.

Feel free to mock anyone you see fit. As always I stand by for correction.

Didn’t think I would have scored as well as that. Closed the gap on the leaders and yet to use a joker. Happy enough.

Yeah was me being a phannie puyol don’t panic

So I have crept up a couple of places. Decent score, without using my joker. Although I didn`t use my joker because I have no confidence in my predictions. Ah well, hope to get into the top half before the split

Well, I am surprised. Couldn't quite hit a correct score but overall got to be reasonably happy with that

Can I cancel last week's Joker, as I was not of sound mind?
