re sale value pfft, I bet fergie and other great managers never used to think of that, he signed players who he i'm sure hoped would stay at the club for years and years not nit picking what he could sell them for in a few years time, if your already planning a players next move before you sign him then its a slippery slope imo

We are asking about Jose here. We all know he’s here for his personal glory. Are you telling me a young player like Davison, vvd, romagnoli cant do the same the job as alderwerld. Kante, torreira or any other young def kid can’t do a better job than matic. Why do we always persist with tall, physical players when we can’t defend/attack set pieces

were you under the impression I was agreeing with his transfer methods? his transfers have been cack, in addition to the height/age aspect he also signs the slowest players on the market for some reason, and any player who did at 1st seem explosive (rashford) he somehow makes them slower
Sell Fellaini and Matic. Give Jose the revenue. Everybody wins.

Ideally, Jose would have been sacked by now and we should have taken a risk with Jardim. But I bet its in his contract about qualifying for the CL or something before being sacked.
I hope they are putting plans into place in the background so when Jose is sacked, we have a structure in place that can deal with the footballing side properly.
DoF first, then potensially a new manager.
The problem is deeper than Mou self. Eventho I agree that he haven't done good enough this season
