Maybe you should rethink that considering SAF is in the stands pretty much every week.
We will be a real force again soon.

Does that mean performing better than Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea who will spending and improving at the same speed as you?
How will that work?

What a ridiculous view. If that's how football worked, we would have never dropped from top spot.

No we’ve got Spurs measure. They are tired and broke. Their first team is excellent when fit but they will not be reinforcing in January and the likes of Kane will be dead from the lack of rest.
On the others only Man City can rotate and win comfortably with their squad. Look at the mess Chelsea made last night.
Chelsea are catchable for us. Their day in the sun is over - the Russian is going. The old Roman would never have forced his new manager to get a tune out of Morata.
Liverpool are a tougher proposition. If they have serious funds and do Van Dijk style improvements they like City are gone.
City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea....for a good few years in my book.
No we’ve got Spurs measure.

You are still below them in the league.

Having the measure'
In a horse race a horse might be behind another but have the measure of him.
Have more in the tank. More to offer. More stamina.
And hit the winning line ahead.
Well, yes he is, don't you watch our games?

I am having a giggle to myself now at you joke.

United have 10 players according to transfermarkt out of contract in the summer.
Whoever comes in is going to surely need the biggest budget any manager has had in history.

7 of those 10 have a 1 year extension option on their contracts.
Only Young, Herrera and Mata don't. Herera is the only one that I would really want to keep. So no big deal really.

Robbs 13 point prediction over five games a few weeks ago now stands at 3 points with 2 to play.

I didn't realise so many of them had options.
I wonder if they will take them up on guys like Valencia, Darmian, etc.
Martial though will probably have to be sold in the summer, doesn't appear he's keen on hanging around.

I agree. If we get another manager in, say Zidane, then the situation changes completely. That's not to say that he will sign a new deal, but he might well do.

I agree with you on Herrera as well. We can't keep Matic and Groot and let him go, that would be idiocy of the first order.
