Totally agree. Shame on you!

He would be my choice for Spurs although I fear Bournemouth maybe suited to him and he could struggle elsewhere.

"I'm surprised Arsenal, didn't go in for him as Wenger's replacement. "

Pretty sure he was "bookies favourite" for a while.

Might be too big a step up tbf. He needs time.

Good article, but he's not good with in the transfer window. Sorry to be pedantic.

Sean Dyche seems a better fit. Especially as he now hates the Red Scouse.

Eddie Howe would fit really well at United to be fair.

I actually think that's the way to go for United. get rid of the big egos, start again... it could mean a few years of rebuilding, but its got to be better than throwing away millions upon millions.

Which of these do you feel has went awry?

Afobe was a bad buy but they recouped the outlay, similarly with Grabban.
Mings has had a horrendous time with injury.

Eddie Howe is a great manager with potential and could work wonders at a club like Newcastle United or even Spurs.

You’ll get Antonio Conte.
Wing backs tearing up and down the pitch. Work rate, work rate, work rate.
Boring but he’ll bring some order and steady that share price.

The expansive choice to catch up with Pep and Klopp is a pipe dream.
Time to steady the ship.

It really isn't.
Get a team playing good football and results (for the most part) tend to take care of themselves. That leads to success.

The Manager of Man Utd has almost unparalleled advatanges over other managers to do so.
World Class training and medical facilities together with a budget to attract the best professionals in their field (coaches, physios, nutritionists, psychologists, player assistants etc.).
World level youth facilities and scouting budget.
The transfer budget, wages and legacy to attract the best players in the world.

That will be an improvement on Jose

We finished above Klopp last year, so not that much imagination required.

As I did an article the other day saying I wanted him or Blanc, then yes I would take a punt on him. Seems like a good fit for us.

He's my No1 choice if we are looking in the PL. There are a lot of positives with Howe, although I do have concerns following his previous attempt at moving up North.

He'd need the right team around him, support from the fans and the board too.

The idea of the men in suits at the Stock Exchange approving the ex Bournemouth manager?

Who? Where? 😂

Been a pretty big points swing from then to be fair.
United aren't a million miles away though, just need to ditch this anchor around their clubs neck that is Mourinho.
Club need an enema, starting with a quick Jose flush.

Cant argue with that jlou.

Not sure what you think the Stock Exchange would have to do with our next managers appointment.

You are all over the place today with your basic ignorance of football.

Jardim is the man we should go for.

Plays attacking football? Check.
Plays youth players? Check
Doesn't slag off his own players? Check
Took on PSG and won before his team was sold? Check.
Knocked Pep's City out of Europe? Check.

I will be livid if we allow Madrid or Bayern to get him before we do.
