Maybe, but it was a good time to play City without Agero, KDB and Mendy. They certainly lacked a cutting edge today and even when they were overwhelming us for the first 20 minutes did not create much.

False number 9 does not work for me, i don't think it worked well today for either team. Yes we have a striker problem, but false 9 is not the solution.

Admittedly we have a major problem up front but Hazard as a false No9 has yet to work satisfactorily before and I never expect it to in the future.

A complete waste of Hazard!

I think Hazard won more headers today than Florata has done in any game this season.
It was nerve wrecking. City pressed high and well as you would expect and Jorgihno was sacked like a quarterback on occasions but we held firm got a goal and the game changed. Credit Luiz who was brilliant today both defensively and the long pass that led to the first goal.
Still need a striker but let's enjoy today

Yeah Sarri got it spot on. I don't like seeing Hazard play in ST but I understand why Sarri opted to use him there. Pedro and Willian put in a real shift defensively.

I have come on the Chelsea board because it’s chrlses on the news today... I’ve made similar comments on other incidents and wrote an article a couple of years ago regarding the issue at my own club - Leeds United..

The fact that your offending by someone bringing it up rather than outright condemning it shows a great deal about why people point the finger at Chelsea when such incidents occur. Disgraceful

I despise these type of posters Brummie. They actually don't give a fig about important issues like racism but just see such incidents as a point scoring opportunity at rival fans.

In my book that puts them on the same level as the people who are actually guilty of abuse.

Absolutely Biggish, never hear of them except when the potential arises to make something out incidents that at the moment are uncorroborated.

I've not heard of this up to now but if it's the incident I think it might be, it was the idiots screaming at Sterling when he was setting up for a corner at the MH stand.

My personal view was, I'd love to see them banned for abusing a footballer earning his living, what ever the abuse was about.
