Need to get some staunch Rangers men in the team and build a spine around them.

Starting with Bob Malcolm. I will give him a call later, and give him a heads up!

Then get Bomber brown back. Those two should be able to bang some heads tother in that team.

So your dream team at the moment seems to be Boab Malcolm, Bomber, Derek Johnstone and the retired Steven Gerrard.

No reason at all to think that wouldn't be a success.

As much as I don’t believe he’s being serious, this is the default back up when things start going awry. Get the real rangerz men in.

If this level of form continues, watch it get cranked up.

Actual post form 'Scottish Pr0ddies' replying to @RangersFC

Gerrard is not of the Protestant stock, he should never have been appointed in the first place. Every time we appoint one of 'them' they ruin us: Le Guen, Pedro and now Stevie G.

Time to go back to our roots and club policies of the pre-Murray era.

'Protestant stock ffs

Anyone know the story with that Katic? Think he was on the bench yesterday, but seems to have been fair kicked into touch by Gerrard.

I don’t particularly rate him much better than any of the others, but he was getting a lot of plaudits at the start of the season with Goldson.

Fook knows how. Honestly, we were bombscare and lucky that the strikers we were playing missed their chances. Absolute fake news at the time imo

Certainly wasn’t the view on here. They were fantastic and showed Rodgers how you could get decent centre halves without spending a lot of money.

Doesn’t look as if any of Goldson, Katic or Worrall are particularly rated right now. Don’t know what the consensus is on Macauley. Apart from he’s dead annoying in those home alone films...

I seen a few people say Katic had a run in with Gerrard in training and others saying he was homesick.

I actually thought he looked a decent no nonsense centre half to begin with.

Yeah I seen the comments on here at the time

Never saw it myself. He needs to pick two and stick with them for a bit. Not just in defence actually. Midfields the same. To much chopping and changing.

Watched home alone yday, quality film

Big Bruno fancy a return ?

Except he was schiedt anaw the odd free kick aside.

It’s chronic watching a schiedt rangers defence for so many years now. It was always our strongest area traditionally .

Even right up until boogy and weir 2011

Now it’s terrible and has been since 2011

I feel a little bit sorry for Gerrard, he's learning the ropes of football management under the microscope and simply doesn't have the tools or experience to deal with the task at hand.

From what i'm seeing he is just going through the process of churning out soundbites on a weekly basis, all those soundbites do is ramp up the pressure on his very average players.

His management style can work at clubs full of talented players, but the truth is his team are not far from playing at their peak, so the all the threats and criticism is only gonna hurt his players confidence.

I predicted he'd last about 18 months, and I think that's still about right, the Rangers board dropped the ball once again with his appointment and the fans lapped it up, a been there and done it experienced manager 3 years ago would have by now turned Rangers into the clear 2nd best in scotland and a stable football club ready to push on and challenge Celtic, but for me you still need almost an entire new team to compete with Celtic.

The Rangers rebuild has been botched and almost every stage.

Rookie manager's should start at the bottom imo.
Try it at a lower league club and see how you go.
There are exceptions of course.
